SuperWind Turbines
Ambra Energy is the official distributor of Superwind wind turbines in North America.
Designed and manufactured in Germany, Superwind wind turbines first distinguished themselves through their performance and reliability in marine environments. The SW 350, in particular, was developed to meet the needs of sailboats undertaking long crossings on the high seas, where energy self-sufficiency, ruggedness, and resistance to harsh conditions are essential.
Building on this expertise, Superwind quickly attracted the interest of customers seeking to use its wind turbines in remote onshore environments subject to extreme weather conditions. To meet these new needs, the company refined the design of the SW 350 to increase its robustness and resistance to the most demanding temperatures and environmental conditions.
This led to the creation of the SW 353, a wind turbine designed to provide reliable and sustainable energy production, even in the harshest environments.
SW 353
The SW 353 sets new standards in wind energy technology for autonomous, professional use. Specially designed for extreme locations, it provides a reliable, unattended power supply for many years. The SW 353 is the result of a targeted development of the proven SW 350, based on our close cooperation with industrial customers. This is complemented by the expertise we have built up over decades in solving the special challenges of turbulent locations.
